Ai poliziotti che lo avevano arrestato durante i tafferugli scoppiati a Bergamo il 2 maggio scorso dopo la partita Atalanta-Bologna, aveva raccontato di trovarsi nella mischia perchè stava studiando il fenomeno degli ultras per la tesina di maturità. Ovviamente non è stato creduto così il giovane tifoso bergamasco ha patteggiato due mesi e 20 giorni di reclusione, con pena sospesa, e una multa di 460 euro. Il ragazzo, 18 anni residente a San Giovanni Bianco (Bergamo), era stato sorpreso in viale Giulio Cesare con una bottiglia di birra in mano e il volto coperto da una sciarpa. La giustificazione della tesina non aveva convinto il giudice, che al processo per direttissima aveva convalidato l'arresto e, su richiesta della difesa, aveva rinviato ad oggi il dibattimento.
