MONDIALI: NON BASTA LA QUALIFICAZIONE, GHANA RIMPATRIA TIFOSI - WORLD CUP: QUALIFICATION ISN'T ENOUGH, GHANA REPATRIATES FANS

Nonostante la loro nazionale abbia superato il primo turno del Mondiale qualificandosi per la fase successiva, i circa mille tifosi del Ghana inviati in Sudafrica dal governo nazionale per sostenere la squadra verranno rimpatriati per esaurimento fondi.
Il governo di Accra, riferisce la Bbc, ha infatti dichiarato che il budget messo a disposizione per la trasferta dei tifosi era sufficiente a coprire le spese soltanto per la durata della fase a gironi, e ha invitato tutti i cittadini ghanesi giunti in Sudafrica a spese del governo a fare al più presto ritorno in patria.

Le spese coperte dal governo ghanese includono i visti, l'alloggio in albergo, il vitto, l'assistenza medica e i mezzi di trasporto, oltre ai biglietti delle partite. Molti tifosi hanno chiesto al governo di rendere pubblico il conto spese sostenuto per la loro trasferta, ma Ablakwa ha spiegato che la cosa avverrà soltanto dopo il loro ritorno in patria.
